Volunteer your Time---120 two-hour shifts to fill
The Festival Committee needs lots of volunteers to pull off a successful festival.  Jobs include

  1. Program distribution in Nogales and the I19 corridor communities (September)
  2. Exhibitor Check-in
  3. Booth prize judges and secret shoppers (during the Festival Oct 9-11)
  4. Customer survey distribution
  5. Go-fers and booth sitters
  6. Silent Auction workers
  7. Parking area guides
  8. Drivers for parking shuttle van
  9. Information booth workers
  10. Set-up of tables and chairs
  11. Marking the park for exhibitors  and parking areas

How you can become a part of the 22nd Annual Patagonia Fall Festival
October 8, 9, and 10, 2010

The Patagonia Fall Festival draws very desirable customers to the communities of Patagonia, Sonoita, Elgin and Nogales.  More than 10,000 shoppers typically attend the festival. 

Explore the several options at various commitment levels giving you the opportunity to become part of this eagerly anticipated event and focus attention to your business or volunteer your time to help us make the Fall Festival another unforgettable event. Become a part of one of the most important events held each year in Santa Cruz County.

Consider sponsoring entertainment or becoming a sponsor partner for a logo banner on the gazebo backdrop all weekend.  Festival volunteers get to enjoy the event from a special vantage point.  People from our communities as well as Tucson, Sierra Vista, Vail and Willcox have enjoyed participating in the event as sponsors or volunteers. 
The Fall Festival is more than just another Arts and Crafts Fair or Music Festival—it’s a true community celebration.

Sponsoring Partners—only two opportunities
For a donation at the $1,000 level made by August 1, 2009 you will receive

  1. Your logo on 10,000 programs regionally circulated in advance and during the festival
  2. Your logo in the advance print advertisements placed in 9 newspapers
  3. Name recognition in press releases sent to statewide media outlets
  4. Weekend-long recognition from the music stage and a free booth space in the sponsor area between Naugle and the Gazebo pad.
  5. Display of your logo banner and literature at the entertainment area

Web Sponsor—only one opportunity
For a $2000 donation made by July 15, 2009 you receive

  1. Logo placement with a link to your website on the home page of www.PatagoniaFallFestival.com, a year-round web visited by customers and craftspeople from the country and region.  Your logo will remain on the site until July 30, 2010.
  2. Name recognition in press releases sent to statewide media outlets as well as name mention as the sponsor each time the web address is referenced in all 2009 Festival materials. 
  3. Weekend-long recognition from the music stage and a free booth space in the sponsor area between Naugle and the Gazebo pad.
  4. Display of your logo banner and literature at the entertainment area

Entertainment Sponsor—up to 20 opportunities
For a donation of $100 or more you can help sponsor a band or performance group and receive

  1. A banner at the festival on the stage backdrop
  2. Program listing as an entertainment sponsor
  3. Public announcement at the introduction of the sponsored group

Program Advertiser—only fifteen listing spaces
For a donation of $50 you will receive a 25 word, six-line-maximum listing of your business or organization’s special event in the program.  We will feature: a “More to Explore” list for businesses, wineries, events, and places of interest; and a “Dining & Lodging” list for restaurants and lodging establishments in the region.
